Well as expected it was tough.
Answer :: All four of them are the " Rhodes Scholars "
I had not taken Oxanions as the correct answer because that would have been too general.
Hints ::
Oxford and Cambridge are situated opposite to each other.
Sonia Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi studied at Cambridge.
Bill Clinton is known for his Merit and being a Rhodes Scholar.
If I correctly remember General Musharaff's elder brother is also a Rhodes Scholar ( Not Very sure on this )
