The Road is The Jebel Hafeet Mountain Road' in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Well Lot of things has been said about this road ::
1. Its almost an Eighth wonder.
2. It Climbs nearly 4000 feet
3. Not much is known about its creation.

at Jebel Hafeet the temperature is always 5 degrees below the recorded one. ( Thanks Sanjay for pointing it out )
