Well the Answer I was looking for is AIDS.
How :
1. Phir Milenge was Based on the plight of an AIDS Victim.
2. Africa is where Max number of AIDS related cases are.
3. Nelson Mandela lost his son to AIDS and is working towards AIDS Awareness
FYI :: India as a country has second largest population of HIV infected people.
Its not that govt is unaware of this disease but yes because of the nature and our mindset there are more myths than facts surrounding it.
