Ironically today morning I was reading a book on Indian Culture and not Indian Cuisines.

The answer I was looking for is :
" Hard Boiled Eggs "
This is the main ingredient of Nargisi Kofta.
FYI:: I am not sure but it looks like Nargisi kofta as a cuisine has some historical significance.
