What is the main difference between the Shirt ( Formal ) of a Man and that of a Women ?

1. Females have always been the respected and privileged ones.

Wow I got so many Wonderful Replies.
All those who stressed on Human Anatomy . I am sorry that's way off the mark.
Ok the answer is
Buttons::
Boys :: They will always be on the right side.
Girls :: They will always be on the left Side.
I think even the buttons of Kids too are on the Left side. ( Not very sure slthough )

Historical Reason ::
Since a lady is always treated with more care. Therefore they always have attendants to button their Shirts.
Its always easier for an attendant ( right handed ) to close the button for the lady if that's on the left.
