Ok the answer I was looking for is "Para Commandoes"
They are basically a Parachute regiment.
Also known as Red Devils or Meghdoot
Like any other force they too have their moments of glory (Op Meghdoot) and failiures(Srilanka)
World wide Maroon Beret signifies Para.
Infact this was the first time when I saw them as taking part in Republiic Day Parade.
