The Answer I was looking for is
" Mouse "
The image was of Mr Douglas Engelbart the inventor of mouse. ( Computers )
If I correctly remember it was initially something like :: "A wooden box with wheels" and later named as Mouse
because a tail ( wire ) is attached at an end.
