Well looks Like I made a Blunder.
While Designing the Question I had in Mind " Sanjay Gupta " as the correct answer.
He is the one behind creation of many indian Comic Heroes.
But yes all of them ( Dhruv , Nagaraj , Doga ) also belongs to Raj Comics so I am accepting both as correct answers .
