Well the answer is Bhanu Athayia ( The Lady in the middle image )
She is also the Costume designer of Gandhi , Lagaan and Swadesh
Bhanu Athaiya won the Oscar (Academy Award) for "Best Costume Design" alongwith John Mollo in 1983.
